Who is the data controller

What data we collect

You can browse the website without leaving any personal data. We collect data only in these cases:

• Contact form: full name, email address, phone (if you enter it), subject and message text.
• Direct communication: data you send us by email or tell us by phone.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and access time, which the server records for security and proper operation of the website.
• Analytics, only with your consent: data on which pages you visit and how long you stay on them.

The website has no visitor accounts, newsletter sign-up or online sales.

Why we process data and on what basis

We do not use data from inquiries to send promotional messages.

Cookies and similar technologies

On your first visit you choose which cookies you allow. You can change the choice at any time by deleting cookies in your browser, after which the notice will be shown again.

The Google map on the Contact page loads only when you accept all cookies or click "Load map". Google may then set its own cookies and process your IP address.

Who has access to the data

We do not sell your data or hand it to third parties for their own purposes. Access is limited to our employees who need it for their work and to service providers acting on our instructions:

• the provider hosting the website and database,
• the email service provider through which inquiries reach us,
• Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics and Google Maps, only with your consent.

We disclose data to competent authorities only when the law obliges us to.

Transfers outside the EU

If you accept analytics cookies or load the Google map, Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. Such transfers are based on the European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

• We keep contact form inquiries and related communication while the conversation about cooperation lasts, and for no longer than two years from the last contact.
• We keep data from contracts and invoices for the periods prescribed by tax and accounting regulations.
• We keep server logs for as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
• We keep analytics data for the period set in Google Analytics.

How we protect data

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only authorized persons have access to the administration, passwords are stored in protected form and changes in the administration are logged. No system is completely secure, so let us know immediately if you suspect your data has been compromised.

Your rights

At any time you may request:

• access to the data we process about you,
• correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
• erasure of data,
• restriction of processing,
• transfer of data to you or to another controller,
• an end to processing based on legitimate interest (objection).

You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Send your request to info@poslovnaspajalica.hr. We will reply within one month at the latest. Exercising your rights is free of charge.

If you believe we process your data contrary to regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, www.azop.hr.
